"Senior Engineer - HP UNIX Operations - Provides multi level Technic al suppaort for diagnosing, reproducing and fixing HP UNIX Hardware and OS issues/ problems. - Responsible for managing Server related Incidents/Service Requests and Change Requests within the defined SLA. - High level of proficiency in HP UNIX administration and Troubleshooting, - Provide recommendations to improve and address/lead critical issues and root cause analysis. - Actively contribu tes to the troubleshooting, performance tuning of HP UNIX servers. Perform necessary HP UNIX infrastructure maintenance activities and migration, as required.- Ability to identify scalabilty, performance and integration issues and propose op timal solutions. Should be able to collaborate across products/vendors andgeog raphy to come up with a compelling solution. - Able to provide technical guida nce to other team members. - Required to work as on-call support to provide 24 x7 support"
