EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) Assurance practice supports global EY client–serving teams with their reviews across industry sectors, including financial services, manufacturing and technology, among others. Primary responsibilities:
Manage quality of service delivery
Expected to champion and lead the regional reporting
Individually contribute and add value to complex reporting and do chargeable work execution or review
Perform review on an ongoing basis and take corrective steps where necessary or make incremental improvements
Developing high impact working relationship with the stakeholders across regions and driving process improvements
Responsible for project management, quality control, review of deliverables
Provide support to the stakeholder based on the principles of exceptional client service, such as being connected, responsive and insightful
Contribute to growth agenda
Liaise and work with internal and external business services groups to scope new support requirements, build processes for the execution of management tasks, and ensure effective transition of work
Drive growth by identifying new opportunities across Regions and solutions and act as a business advisor to internal teams
Qualifications, skills and experience
Graduate (MBA or certified PMP preferred) with over 6 years of demonstrated professional experience of operations (Key metrics reporting) and project management
Experience of working with geographically dispersed professionals is strongly preferred
Professional service industry experience or internal/external client serving experience is preferred
Excellent spoken and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills
Ability to effectively listen and encourage open exchange of ideas within a group
Negotiation skills with the ability to positively impact audiences across various levels and groups
Strong upward management skills and experience of working with senior leaders
Strong business acumen and commerciality, analytical and problem solving skills, including financial analysis
Good project and time management skills with the ability to complete multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Macros, Excel and PowerPoint)
Should be well versed with Spotfire, VB, SQL, MS Access and other reporting tools
Experience of standardization and automation of processes
Ability to analyze complex or unusual problems and the ability to deliver insightful and pragmatic solutions
