Duties & responsibilities

What this job involves –

- Maintaining strong relationship & network with Occupiers , third party Real Estate consultants and other IPCs.
- Manage preparation of marketing materials such as presentations, information Memorandums and proposals for the Asset to be marketed and for Occupiers.
- Preparing information memorandums, financial analysis, market intelligence for Clients (both Landlords & Occupiers) .
- These activities need to be undertaken through focussed BD, networking, cold calling, industry seminars, leveraging the existing relationships of other business units.
- Setting up meetings with key decision makers and Initiate discussions to understand their real estate requirements
- Manage preparation of marketing materials such as presentations, proposals etc.
- Support the transaction advisory team to effectively conclude real estate transactions
- Preparing information memorandums, financial analysis, market intelligence
- Ensure timeliness and accuracy of deliverables including coordination with offshore teams and clients
- Ensuring optimum client service delivery and engagement - calls, meetings, site visits, presentations, follow up, timely submission of company proposals and overall governance during the execution phase. Key skills
