Description

- Should manage on end to end admin. activities.
- Bank works.
- Logistics Arrangements such as accommodation, Flight, Train, Bus & cab.
- Regular supervision of Housekeeping & office boy.
- Maintenance of computer accessories & stationery materials.
- Maintenance of inward and outward couriers.
- Office maintenance
- In charge of inventory control of stationery, paper (check and stock), sundries (check and stock) and issuing of purchase requisitions.
- And any other responsibility in office as assigned by superiors.
