Business Application Owner for Oracle Service Cloud Solution, having the overall ownership of the application, covering both, ongoing maintenance as well as strategic improvement
Responsibility for the definition of the applications’ strategy, definition of a development roadmap, as well as the implementation of the roadmap
Ongoing maintenance of the application, ensuring stable operations, alignment to Oracle/CS release schedule and monitoring of license consumption
Responsible for collecting change opportunities from key users, handling Change Requests for potential improvements, sounding and prioritizing the requests
Crafting solutions, testing and implementing changes in Oracle Service Cloud, including the configuration and own improvement of changes
Product Configuration and Business Process Implementation
Training for Business and IT teams on Service CloudYou Offer  

You have 5+ years of application ownership / improvement / maintenance experience in Oracle Service Cloud
You have hands on Experience with Oracle Service Cloud, covering the CRM, Oracle Knowledge (Advanced) and portal functionalities
You have experience in Oracle Service Cloud in implementing customer experience solutions
You have the ability to design architecture for Complex Business Processes, Evaluate Implementation Feasibility and Risks
You have experience of handling Complex Workflows
You have System Administration & Implementation experience Oracle Service Cloud based solutions
You have strong Techno-Functional knowledge of Oracle Service Cloud
You have should have worked on various integrations involving Right Now-OPA
You have experience in capacity of project management, including all aspects of process development and execution and familiarity with project management methodology such as Lean Six Sigma, would be an advantage
You have good communication skills (oral, written and presentation), partner management skills, able to build relationships across diverse groups in different locations
You have high degree of structure and self-organization, deadline focused, strong analytical approach to problem solving skills, able to inspire change as well as manage conflictsCredit Suisse is an equal opportunity employer.
