Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience managing marketing campaigns and/or managing analytically oriented projects.
Experience with Google Ads product.
Preferred qualifications:
MBA or Master’s degree in statistics, economics, engineering, or any analytical field.
Experience in customer support, sales, technical support, account, or campaign management.
Experience with campaign implementation and resolving customer queries.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while paying attention to detail.
Ability to help the Campaign Launch team to identify automation requirements and write scripts to support bulk implementation requests using HTML, JavaScript, and/or similar.
Understanding of YouTube as a platform, its various advertising formats, targeting capabilities, and related tools for analytics. Understanding of TV and YouTube media synergy.

As a Business Operations Manager, you will be the architect for driving Auction and Reserve campaign implementations and work closely with the Sales and Global cross-functional teams to accelerate adoption of our product suite, their implementations, and drive business growth. Our consultative approach to business takes our product experience and combines it with our understanding of the needs of the Ads ecosystem and implementations for customers/agencies to solve their business challenges.
In this role, you will accelerate the shift of advertising to Ads by creating premium media implementation strategies, sponsorship implementations opportunities centered around key moments, and custom content for our largest partners. This unique role partners with Sales, YouTube, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to drive success by identifying opportunities that align to business priorities and investments and leverage product pipeline to drive new and unique opportunities for businesses and brands.

Prioritize and deliver outstanding customer service, campaign implementation, and resolving issues from Sales teams, Google's advertisers, and vendor teams.
Engage on vertical escalations through official channels after being looped in by vendor team. Provide support via consultations per direct questions to vendor or vertical POCs.
Grow products and prepare learnings for vendor rollout and execution of transition by creating training materials and documentation.
Drives Customer Education based on top priorities set by leadership, product priorities (e.g., adoption, new launches, etc.), and services issues surfaced by vendors where clients need more context on how campaign implementations can be successful.
Holds conversations with the Sales organization to discuss support volumes, staffing needs to special events/engagements, and drafts plans for Scaled Services to execute on.
