Job Summary

Urgently Require Collection Customer Care Executive for Banking Process.


- Exp-collections, customer service, sales.
- Software Knowledge -CRM, Dialler
- DRA certification-Not mandatory
Working Location - Noida

Day Shift Job Role - Timing 9.30am to 6.30pm

Responsibilities and Duties


- Through Cold calling Ability to analyse and understand the root cause of default by the customer
- Through Cold Calling provide evaluative judgment and develop remedial strategies for the recovery
- Sound knowledge of legislation and legal proceedings as all legal implications have a direct impact on recovery and losses
- Negotiation with the customers for quick and timely recovery of the debt
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications


- Any Graduate/BA/Bcom/BBA/MBA/Post Graduate who having Collection calling experience can apply for this Job.
