We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who can work closely with managing incoming customer queries on day-to-day basis, ensuring quality to all customers. Looking for an individual who is interested in games and passionate about providing quality service on an ongoing basis. Person should have keen eye for detail, great work ethics, excellent verbal/written communication (English & Hindi).


You see feedback as opportunities to grow and turn them into tangible action plans with the intention of keeping the game successful. You possess a level-headed manner and a passion for customer support where you provide guidance to others in exhibiting high-quality customer service. You crave a fast-paced, open environment where change is constant and adaptation is a must!


JOB DESCRIPTION


- Provide customer support to queries coming from different channels via email, chat, phone or social media, appstores
- Respond to and resolve service requests and customer inquiries via email.
- Able to manage email and on-call customer support (90% email, 10% call).
- Respond to reviews on Google Play
- Direct feedback and/or game defects to the game team.
- Own customer pain points and help in resolving them.
- Documenting and escalating player issues to the appropriate team
- Accountable to the customer and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills must.
- Should be a gamer or someone who is passionate about games specially cricket
