Job Description

1. College education, have a certain basis of English;
2. Familiar with the freight forwarding process, familiar with the freight forwarding business and international freight, air geography-related professional knowledge, a solid declaration of knowledge is particularly good;
3. 1-2 years experience in freight forwarding operation;
4. Have a certain customer maintenance and development capabilities, independent thinking and the ability to deal with affairs;
5. A team spirit, good communication, hard work, can withstand the pressure.

6. Arrange air cargo export booking, customs declaration, shipping and a series of work, the first trial documents, customs contact, the cost of settlement;
7. The service process at any time with the customer to maintain good communication, timely reply to the customer's e-mail and business inquiries;
8. Encountered special events in a timely manner to inform the customer, and promptly respond to, to confirm the track;
9. Accurate and timely completion of the system cost / cost of entry, to complete the relevant costs settlement and billing work;
10. Regularly check the receivables, to assist accounts receivable reminder.
11.Familiar with office software,eg.word,excle,ppt.etc.
