What You'll Do
The main focus of this role is to streamline and simplify how to analyze data to identify market trends, identify business opportunities for Cisco and our partners, as well as recommend and drive organizational improvements within CX Renewals. In this role, you will be responsible for ongoing business and financial analytics which drive decision-making and represent the status of the CX Renewals business.
Gathering and investigating numerical data, assembling disparate sources of data so that CX Renewals can provide the most accurate and accessible model of the “real world” which can drive fact-based decisions and actions.
Critically evaluate information gathered from various sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract from low-level information to a general understanding and distinguish user requests from the underlying true need.
Review, evaluate, design, implement and maintain company database(s).
Collect Data. Write code for database access, modifications and constructions including stored procedures.
Ability to evaluate and gain support for alternative solutions, effectively influencing outcomes.
Analyze data and document recommendations for process development and/or improvement.
Track and report key financial indicators.
Quality Assurance (QA or improvement projects)
Provide business operations and finance support.
Who You'll Work With

Who You Are
You are a solid team player, demonstrating the ability to lead and/or collaborate effectively. You have direct experience with business oriented data analysis and data management. You are able to resolve complex issues in a global environment and demonstrate success in developing/managing management reports and processes to collect and maintain business data.
Our Minimum Requirements are the following:
Very technical and requires mathematics and/or statistics as well as programming (SAS)
Business Objects reporting including advanced query expertise and advanced excel expertise
4+ years in financial and business analysis, plus two years’ experience in process re-engineering/management.
Experience in field services or sales operations, understanding of Cisco sales cycle, familiar with bookings and pipeline reporting
Strong preference for expertise with decision modeling techniques and software
