Description

You should be able to develop a Digital Plan for the vertical aligned with the overall Consumer Business Unit's Digital plan to achieve target pipeline, OB, Revenue goals

Engage with Global Client Partners/Client Partners on a Digital plan for each of the accounts; Track progress against plan

Engage with Digital Partners on ideation of Core Digital solution and opportunity shaping for vertical clients

Conduct/Organize knowledge sharing sessions on relevant Digital offerings for the sales and delivery leaders

Work with the vertical pre-sales team to embed Digital thinking into our solutions

Represent Digital in all vertical leadership conversations and offshore client visits

Collaborate with Digital eco system, identify relevancy of solutions, customize it for the vertical and take these offerings to accounts

Work with Domain Consulting team to develop Digital POVs for the vertical

Work with Demand Generation team to craft and execute Digital Campaigns for the vertical to generate demand

Support Domain Consulting team on Analyst requests for the vertical

Promote and drive healthy leverage of rapid prototyping activities to accelerate opportunity cycles

Work with Digital Engineering head on talent transformation plan
