TITLE: SERVICES PROJECT MANAGER
OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Project Manager is reporting to a Program Manager. He/She is responsible delivery projects in scope and managing over program budget, delivery and costs.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan & Organize Projects
Plan/Organize the delivery of the Project in the region and its activities in accordance with the Global & Regional roadmaps, Governance process & standard IS&T operating model
Contribute to optimize delivery model following defined sourcing strategy
Propose & implement initiatives to optimize plan / cost / quality
Ensure that Project activities follow standard methodology, process and tools
Apply templates and records to document Project activities following our standards
Work closely with PMO and ensure project methodology is adhered to
Resource Project
Contribute to define the capacity plan, skill matrix and adapt the sourcing model
Ensure that capacity plan for the Project are maintained timely
Lead Project
Contribute to the Project strategy definition in the region
Build strong and lasting networks with key stakeholders in IST&T and Business
Manage the Project plan – scope / resources and tasks
