Description

Development, Production Support, Maintenance & Enhancements 


Responsible for providing support to all development, INT, Production related issues. Providing support to users reporting Business(functional)\Technical issues.


Respond to the issues assigned, do analysis, suggest/implement the workaround, communicate to all the stakeholders and close the issue as per the agreed timelines in order to ensure support availability as per agreed SLA.


Responsible to provide support in L2/L3 level depending on the priority of the issues.


Monitor the log files and log information of the Informatica Workflow, IBM Cognos, Oracle Database, Microsoft Share Point & MFT jobs.


Validating complete Application once the deployment is completed in the INT and Production Environment.


Adhere to escalation procedures & follow-up with development team when the code change is required or complex issues are faced.


Service request handling & fulfillment / Processing of inquiry. Incident Management, Support for Incident Analysis, Problem Management/Analysis
