We are currently seeking a Head of Sales who will report to Head of India in Kering Eyewear India as part of our dynamic team in Gurgaon, India.
How you will contribute
Deliver and exceed the revenue targets by brand in the assigned markets and channelsDevelop sales strategy, tactics and campaigns, together with associated sales plans and targets in the assigned markets and channelsIdentify, report on and develop business opportunities in the assigned markets and channelsIdentify emerging trends and aligns best practices and resources to support growth within her scope of responsibilitiesFully understand each Brands DNA in terms of Essence, History and Roots, Style, Values, Personality and Tone of voice, Target Consumers, being able to interpret Deliver and exceed the revenue targets by brand in the assigned markets and channelsDevelop sales strategy, tactics and campaigns, together with associated sales plans and targets in the assigned markets and channelsIdentify, report on and develop business opportunities in the assigned markets and channelsIdentify emerging trends and aligns best practices and resources to support growth within her scope of responsibilitiesFully understand each Brands DNA in terms of Essence, History and Roots, Style, Values, Personality and Tone of voice, Target Consumers, being able to interpret correctly each brand distribution strategy in the marketTo ensure the alignment with each Kering Brand's objectives, strategic guidelines, priorities, key activities and events, thus support the development of Kering Eyewear activity plans in full accordance and coherencyIn close cooperation with the Marketing Department, support development of the Kering Eyewear Luxury Yearly Activity Plan, in accordance with the Brands' priorities, ensuring a constant and orchestrated flow of activities to achieve the Sales targets;To support the Design Team with structured product feedback for each new model, summarizing the key features and characteristics required as per her knowledge on the marketDevelop strong relationships with customers, partners and stakeholders in order to maximize business opportunities and Kering Brands’ equityProvide accurate sales forecasts and corrective plans if needed to address foreseen shortfalls against targetsPromoting a customer-centred culture that strives to exceed customer needs, requirements, and expectations.Define, identify and scout the best possible sales talents in the market to support the team set up and growthManage and coach the sales team in order to maximize sales results and team capabilities development Who you are
8+ years of experience in the same or equivalent role with international background in Fashion/Luxury multinational companiesExperience in eyewear, watch & jewellery or accessories, or FMCG industryBachelor and above degressMaster’s degree in economics or business administration would be a plusSolid sales results track record in the market/industryExcellent knowledge of Eyewear product and marketAbility to understand current luxury market trendsFocus on results and ability to deliver results within luxury distribution spaceStrong negotiation skillsExcellent analytical skillsExcellent communication and relationship skillsDynamic, proactive, entrepreneurial, innovativeCurious, versatile, diplomaticFluent in local language and English, Knowledge of Italian is a plus Why work with us?
