Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience working in a professional services role (e.g., analytical, technical and/or consulting) or a product management role in digital/mobile advertising.
Experience in analyzing data sets.
Master’s degree in a related field.
Experience advising customers on their business and/or advertising strategy.
Experience working with/for digital media agencies or e-commerce companies, with a strategic understanding of publisher and advertising industry business models.
Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns for clients with proficiency in online measurement, operations and ad networks. Ability to implement and optimize campaigns.
Demonstrated success on projects, with the ability to independently lead, communicate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders and work effectively with multiple global teams.
Excellent business writing skills, with the ability to understand Product Requirements Documents (PRD), Business Requirements Documents (BRD), technical documentation and product algorithms and features.

Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.
As a Google Ads Campaign Performance Specialist, you'll focus on emerging ads products such as Mobile Apps, Shopping Ads, Display ads, etc. You will work closely with Product Operations Managers (for serviceability assessment), Regional Product Specialists (for technical implementation) and Global Product Leads (for understanding the commercialization strategy) to build capability around supporting these products.
You will also work closely with the Large Customer Sales (LCS) organization as a trusted expert to clients to help them achieve their marketing objectives through App/Display/Shopping ad campaigns and by optimizing ads business growth for Google. In addition, you'll collaborate with the Product teams to provide feedback on the product to improve its usability for customers and/or help Google teams/customer agencies be more efficient in servicing these products.

Provide account and campaign servicing for a portfolio of accounts for select performance products.
Identify client’s business objectives and challenges to accurately assess needs, working together to create campaign management plans for account optimization.
Build new processes and solutions to simplify complex product optimizations and workflow. Act as an advocate for clients and your team to optimize business growth through best practice sharing.
Anticipate business growth challenges and identify and lead opportunities/programs that need to be initiated. Manage the day-to-day stakeholders and operations with limited guidance.
