Description

The Intern will work in area of standard cell library design, characterization, modeling, validation and development of automated flows to be used for validation of library collaterals. The goal of internship will include review of variation literature and build system which can predict anomalies in POCV model. The candidate must have solid background and hands-on experience in the areas of digital design, CMOS, reliability, IR drop, spice simulation, variation effects and scripting language.

Students pursuing MTech in VLSI or related fields
