You will join a World Famous – Billion Dollar Startup!
In this role, you will lead all day-to-day operations across the marketing organization to enable marketing leaders plan their marketing investments, build a high-performance execution framework and deliver on lead commitments. You will also own the measurement, analytics and reporting framework to report performance to our senior management team.
10+ years experience in a marketing operations role, preferable at an enterprise software or SaaS business.
Hire and lead a high-performance team of marketing operations and analytics professionals
Build the critical function for marketing planning, execution, measurement and insights
Manage and enhance our marketing technology platforms and infrastructure
Manage the marketing automation and CRM platforms, including database operations and lead enrichment for demand generation teams.
Help define marketing goals and budgets; track performance, and report to the global sales and marketing leadership;
Deliver insights on an on-going basis that inform the global marketing and demand generation strategy.
Enhance our measurement frameworks to improve campaign effectiveness, deliver insights in the form of dashboards and ad-hoc analysis
Be the liaison between the marketing, sales development, sales and operations departments
4+ years of people management experience – recruiting, goal setting, coaching and performance management
Strong systems thinking – ability to break down business objectives into executional projects, functional steps and processes
Comfort with reporting and analytics tools like Tableau, SQL, Sisense, etc.
Prior experience with a variety of marketing automation and analytics tools including Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, Hubspot, Google analytics, etc.
Strong stakeholder management and project management skills .
