Responsibilities and Duties:
- End to end recruitment for both full time and freelance employees.
- Conducting telephonic interview, shortlisting and line up the interview.
- Maintaining a database of candidates. preparing the salary of the employees.
- Receiving & re-directing all incoming calls and relaying telephone messages.
- Coordinate with clients for the collection of payments and documents.
- Sending reminders and updates to the clients.
- Generating invoices.
- Basic knowledge of GST is must.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi (Spoken and Written)
- Should be a M.B.A / B.com Graduate.
- Immediate joiner will be preferred.
- Preference will be given to the candidate who has experience in CA Firm.
