Basic Job Responsibility:
The incumbent shall be responsible for all HR activities for SF in Noida/ Mohali. She/he shall handle the entire recruitment cycle, employee life cycle, performance appraisal, learning and development, payroll MIS, engagement, grievance handling and reporting to HR Head in Noida.
Talent Acquisition: Own the Manpower Requisitions, send them to HR Head for approvals, once raised. Source resumes and get them shortlisted, schedule interviews and co-ordinate with various interviewers. Close the position and handle the necessary joining formalities and logistics. Be in charge of induction and on boarding.
Employee Life Cycle: Take care of the entire employee lifecycle & all associated HR Operations.
Performance Appraisal Management: Ensure timely and proper completion of the process and make reports to assist in closure of the backend procedure.
Training & Development: Prepare learning and development matrix and help organize trainings and evaluations.
Payroll & Attendance: Collate monthly payroll MIS and send/ share it with the vendors for Payroll processing.
Employee Engagement: Initiate & Execute engagement initiatives through the year as per the engagement calendar.
Grievance Handling: for all Noida/ Mohali based employees
Reports: Prepare monthly reports relevant to various activities and share with HR Head.

Good Communication Skills
- Any Graduation/ Post Graduation.
- MBA/PGDM - HR will be preferred.
Relevant Experience should be 3-5 years.
