Position: Administrative Coordinator for overseas operations (Company located in USA & Canada)

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Hyderabad

Industry: Nutraceutical Manufacturing.

Under the supervision of the Vice-President (Women entrepreneur ) you will be responsible for all the administrative functions in Hyderabad office, located in Kokapet.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Managing day to day operation and providing administrative support as per guidance such as organize and manage file systems and ensure various documentations up to date, order supplies, and performing basic book keeping work.

Prepare purchase orders, invoices, reports, memos, letters, other statements and documents using word processing, spread sheets.

Support as needed with tasks, research, and errands to optimize her time for priority projects Coordinate with other team members for any actions.

Provide backup support for other staff as needed

EXPERIENCE AND SPECIFIC SKILLS


- Bachelor’s degree
- Having accounting experience is an asset.
- 2-3 years as Personal, Administrative or Executive Assistant preferred
- Good knowledge of the MS office suite (Excel, word) including proficiency in using Outlook
- Excellent oral & written English
- Ability to work independently
