- Maintaining HR records - Attendance/PF/Insurance/PT/Leave record/HR Policies
- Sourcing candidates for the requirements through job portals, references /networking, and existing database
- Reviewing resumes, conducting recruitment interviews and working with recruitment agencies
- Conducting preliminary HR assessments to check their communication skills,technical skills, and stability.
- Maintaining Interview Status & Daily MIS.
- Prepare documents related with required policies
