Main Responsibilities


- Bid Support Consultant who works as an Individual contributor or as a part of a team to provide KM support to the respective industry/alliance/discipline

- Formulate strategies to capture key knowledge to bridge the knowledge gap in the community

- Build Knowledge Management solution for new business units / service lines / delivery engagements

- Accountable and responsible


- ensuring the deliverables are of high quality

- delivery of services within the SLA/SLOs defined

- suggestion & implementation for continuous improvements


- Work on KM consulting / Solutioning for external bids/ new services

- Knowledge Management requirement gathering and planning (existing business)

- Formulate strategies to capture key knowledge to bridge the knowledge gap in the community

- Should possess Knowledge of basic technologies i.e. SAP, Oracle, MS etc. (preferable)

- Experience working on RFx, RFI, RFPs, working tools like Sharepoint, Drupal, CMS, Team rooms, Wiki will be an added advantage


General Requirements


- Fluent English Communication Skills (Oral, Written & Presentation)

- Good research skills. Ability to quickly digest and compare/contrast large amounts of written material

- Proven ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously balancing project work with high-priority requests

- Familiarity and experience in IT Services and understanding of key software tools and technologies

- Good exposure to social media tools and other KM technologies

- Understanding of knowledge management principles


Experience: 4 to 6 years
