The employee is directly responsible to:

- Understand the MyLearning (LMS) system thoroughly, and associated quality parameters

- Gather requirements for new learning tool / function from business and other learning teams

- Understand functionality of new & existing tools and their fit into the Group Learning architecture, along with support model

- Testing of tools & apps to make sure they provide learners a good experience

- Coordination with different teams and vendors for tool deployment, after sign off by business

- Train administrator teams on new tools / functionalities

- Provide Level 2 functional support to business groups on existing & new tools. 

- Coordinate with vendor on L3 issues.
