Description

You will be part of the Corporate Memory Organization memory compiler team and will own significant engineering tasks in a fast-paced and technically challenging environment.

Responsibilities would include but are not limited to:

-Design, validation and characterization of Memory Compilers
-Provide design solutions for meeting challenging memory design specs for various product segments
-Memory Compiler Design Flow/Methodology development
-Interfacing with customers

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

-Must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or other science/engineering related field
At least 3 months of course work or 6 months of experience with:
- Digital Design and/or circuit design
-VLSI design techniques

Preferred Qualifications
-Previous Internship with a high tech semi-conductor company
-Transistor level operation, memory bitcell design, design challenges under process variations and low power circuit techniques
-C++, C#, Perl or Tcl languages
-Unix or Linux
-Verilog or VHDL
-Design for test, debug and manufacturing
