Job Title: Mobile Operations Analyst

Location: Pune
The role is to support the day-to-day running of the global mobile voice recording service.  Undertaking compliance, call quality and conformance testing of the global Mobile Voice Recording (MVR) user base, performing actions to bring accounts in to compliance and progress and audit reporting.

What will you be doing?
·       Supporting the day to day running of the global mobile voice recording service
·       To ensure calls and SMS’s are being recorded for all newly provisioned MVR accounts
·       To ensure the quality of calls and SMS’s that are being stored in the platform are acceptable
·       To ensure all users on the service are in scope of voice and SMS recording
·       To take remedial action for any non-compliance such as emailing, calling and/or sending SMSs to users
·       To produce regular reporting to business stakeholders and the Mobile Service Team of the status of the compliance of the service
·       To escalate gaps where accounts cannot be brought in to compliance
·       To provision new accounts on the mobile recording platform in accordance with policy
·       To liaise with other support teams and external suppliers to support resolution of incidents
·       To respond to major incidents and alerts, including assisting with the co-ordination of related incidents
·       To drive forward the continuous improvement championing change and driving service improvements
·       Drive stability of the Global Mobile service, owning action plans and working with stakeholders, vendor and end-to-end support teams to ensure the service continuously improves
·       Produce periodic and adhoc mobile MI reports and dashboards in Service Management for clients and senior stakeholders
What we’re looking for:

·       Understanding of the importance of compliance and risk
·       Proficient in Microsoft Excel 2013/2016
·       Experienced in working with multiple varied data sources
·       Experienced in producing management reporting
·       Experienced in working with stakeholders
 
Skills that will help you in the role:
·       Knowledge and understanding of mobile network technology
·       Understanding of call recording and retrieval and its importance
·       Understanding of the importance of compliance and risk
·       Understanding of mobile device management such as Mobile Iron, InTune etc
·       Understanding of Apple Device Enrolement Programme (DEP)
·       Understanding of ITIL Foundation
·       Experience of Android an iOS platforms in a corporate environment
·       Understanding of VoIP and mobile app based recording
