The PMO/On-boarding and Transition consultant will support on the on-boarding and transition process and activities related in close coordination with the Service Delivery senior consultants and Client on-boarding senior consultants, in order to support on the onboarding of client personnel, EY SMRs, legacy process and technology service platform in the MS operational organization.
Essential Functions of the Job:
The major areas the On-boarding and Transition senior consultant will work on include:
Support on the development of the On-boarding and transition strategy
Support on the development of the on-boarding and transition plan
Develop the goals and KPIs of the on-boarding and transition phase with client and EY partner
Support on the development of the on-boarding training material and training plan.
Develop the client current mode of operation due diligence, including process, people and technology.
Support on the development/transformation of the service process
Support on the Client Technology and Data migration process
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
Broad knowledge and experience in:
Business Process Analysis
Service IT Platforms Knowledge
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multi-task
Service Operation Management
Administration or Engineering bachelor degree or similar
1 + years of experience in Project management or similar roles
