Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience with global operations in an outsourced business/shared services environment.
Experience working with global managed service providers in client-facing sales and/or customer service roles.
Experience in Digital Marketing landscape and Google Ads.
Strong project management, customer service, process quality and process optimization experience.
Analytical work experience, understanding customer needs and working with data to identify trends and then develop solutions.
Operations Six Sigma certification (or other relevant operations coursework).
Knowledge of SQL.

Drive operations with our vendor partners. Provide operational leadership to the workflow, as well as engage and inspire our service provider teams to ensure vendor teams are exceeding expectations and creating awesome customer experiences.
Manage end-to-end service delivery, including site operations and stakeholder management for the designated service offerings.
Work closely with senior stakeholders in the region and/or product teams to understand, influence, define and drive common goals.
Ensure clear lines of communication and expectations between vendor teams and stakeholders.
Handle escalations and help teams perform root cause analysis to understand what led to mistakes and thus prevent them moving forward.
