Position : Customer Care Executive ,
Experience : 0 to 51years .
Process : Technical Process.
Shift : 7Am- 12;30 PM (MORNING SHIFT)
Week offs : All Monday and alternate Sundays.
Salary 5000- up to 10,000/- per month + incentives.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Providing Technical supports to the US Customers.
- Guiding them through step by step procedure.
- Describing different service plans to the Customer.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Good to Excellent communication skills in English.
- Prior experience in Technical Process are preferred however Freshers are welcome .
- Comfortable to work in US Shift.
- Salary on time .
