FS People Advisory Services – Reward – Senior
EY is a leading provider of business advice and services to the Financial Services industry, working with clients as trusted advisors on large scale transformations across retail and commercial banking, insurance and asset management. Formed in 2015, the People Advisory Services (PAS) team is one of the fastest growing teams in EY FSO, providing end-to-end offerings to solve our clients’ big, complex people and organizational issues. Our PAS team supports clients to enable the people of an organisation to best execute its strategy, including a particular focus on:
Incentivisation through performance and reward programs
HR-owned change and transformation programs
Behavioural change techniques in all types of transformation programs
Culture change programs (meeting regulatory expectations)
Talent optimization
The team is working with some of the biggest names in the financial services sector as they address the challenges posed by the markets and regulators over the past years to deliver real, sustainable change across all levels of their organisations.  Opportunities exist to shape the direction of the rapidly expanding PAS team, for individuals with a deep interest in people advisory work, a proven delivery record and an enthusiasm for building a strong, focused team.
Key capabilities
Financial services consulting experience in a ‘Big 4’ (or equivalent) environment
Focused on key people-related programmes in recent career history
Large/Blue Chip experience
Experience
An experienced technical specialist in Reward and Performance
Has been involved in Reward and Performance initiatives/transformation programs and can demonstrate experience of owning significant portions of the project lifecycle
Experienced team leader who has successfully led, motivated, coached and developed high performing teams.
Must be able to evidence
Ability to work with client stakeholders (middle management level) and gain support for people projects.
Proficient in Excel automation or advanced excel.
Ability to analyse complex problems and to design and deliver insightful, practical and sustainable solutions.
Analytical skills and a structured, autonomous way of working

Interest in the development of innovative solutions in interdisciplinary teams
Strong commercial awareness and Very good English communication skills.
Strong people management skills, including managing teams of small teams.
Able to structure, plan and monitor projects/workstreams to meet client expectations and mitigate delivery risks and issues.
First experience in a leading consulting firm or the compensation & benefits department of a company in the industrial or service industry is a plus
