The opportunity
EY is looking for Senior Manager- People Advisory Services to deliver services in its offering called Workforce Agility. The offering focuses on helping organizations adapt to their changing workforce needs by identifying capability gaps to the future state and bridging them.
Your key responsibilities
Demand Generation: Liaison with regional member firms selling work in Workforce Agility space to build project pipeline. Collaborate and build relationships with the Communities of Practice and Leaders in these regions to get visibility into their pipeline. Identify and build new capabilities in the team based on trends in the various market regions.
Leadership: Lead Leadership and Learning capability within the practice, develop strong relations with global partners. Establish the pillar of expertise within the practice, grow and lead a team of Leadership specialists and learning design / content development specialists
Project Delivery: Enable delivery and execution of change management strategy for global large transformation programs in partnership with global EY offices. Lead learning design and content development efforts using market leading technologies and digital solutions. Provide advice and guidance as a subject matter expert and work effectively as part of a large distributed program team. Ensure quality of delivery and all aspects of operational management. Manage engagement risk, project economics, manage escalations and ensure effective planning and budgeting
People Development: Perform role of counsellor and coach, define and set goals, conduct performance reviews and ensure ongoing learning and development of the team
Knowledge / significant exposure in below areas
Leadership development
Experience in Leadership development and execution
Designing Leadership Development Programs
Knowledge of deploying leadership programs through digital technology
Knowledge of leveraging experience based elements like coaching, reverse mentoring, and assignments to build leadership programs
Experience in Learning design, content development
Instructional design experience preferred
Experience in adopting digital solutions to create effective learning content
Designing Learner personas and journeys
Experience in developing learning approach and Curriculum design
Design and Delivery of learning programs using enabling technology
Experience with content authoring tools
Experience in facilitating change workshops and design sessions with global clients
Experience in Communications strategy, planning, execution
Experience in driving change interventions, creating an effective change agent network and change champions
Experience in identifying and measuring learning KPIs/ success metrics
Experience in Training strategy, planning, execution
Experience / knowledge of digital solutions enabling change, gamifications, visualizations, day-in-life-of workshops
Working knowledge of Robotic process automation and its application in HR
Working knowledge of Project management
To qualify for the role you must have
Post graduate degree in Management or equivalent with a preference for a specialization in Human Resources (India or abroad)
A practitioner with 10-14 years of experience in managing organization change management and experience in managing and / or working with global clients in a consulting environment.
Experience providing advice and guidance on client projects, and growing/developing into adjacent areas consulting practice
Consulting experience required.
