EY is looking for Manager- People Advisory Services with primary competency in Leadership and Talent.
Your key responsibilities
Leadership: Manage and grow Leadership & Talent capability within the business, develop strong relations with global practices. Achieve metrics on productivity, utilization, head count growth and penetration
Support leadership in developing / growing the Leadership & Talent practice, support in demand generation for projects under Leadership & Talent practice in collaboration with EY global offices, contribute to global thought leadership on EY’s service offerings
Project Delivery: Lead execution of projects and support business development for GDS. Drive effective client communication, cadence and build relations with client and project counterparts across global locations. Ensure quality of delivery and all aspects of operational management. Manage engagement risk, project economics and manage escalations.
As part of People Advisory Services practice at EY, leverage experience in Leadership and Talent (methodology, process, people, tools and technology) to global client projects in collaboration with various parts of GDS organization and other EY member firms
Practice development: Support development of thought leadership, collateral, L&T tools & accelerators (Leadership assessment, Organization Culture, Employee experience and enablement), methodologies to enhance L&T practice and support EY initiatives within the practice.
Collaborate with subject matter experts across the L&T areas (Leadership, Talent Strategy/ management, Organization Culture, Total Rewards, D&I) to provide insights on overall strategic and operational performance. Lead the development of new business offerings under Leadership and Talent practice and be responsible for developing POVs.
People Development: Perform role of counsellor and coach, define and set goals, conduct performance reviews and ensure ongoing learning and development of the team. Implement strong people practices and policies; provide counselling support to individuals in the team for their learning and development, performance management and career growth
Knowledge / significant exposure in below areas
Led / been involved in large scale Leadership and Talent consulting programs (preferably including implementation)
Talent management – hands on experience with various assessment tools and techniques (Hogan, MBTI, MSF, others)
Extensive working knowledge of Leadership assessment & development– Leadership Development/ transition programs, Board evaluation etc.
Competency framework design- Competency assessment and development, Competency mapping and profiling
Organization culture- Culture assessment with diagnostic tools (Barrett, OCAI, Hofstede, etc), Culture change and activation, D&I activation etc.
Employee experience- Survey design & administration, Analysis, reporting and action planning. (hands on using survey tools is an added advantage)
Talent Acquisition- TA strategy, organization structures and role definitions etc.
To qualify for the role you must have
Post graduate degree or equivalent with a specialization in Human Resources (India or abroad)
A practitioner with 10-14 years of experience after a Master’s Degree in HR or MBA equivalent in HR transformation and experience in managing and / or working with global clients in a consulting environment.
Preferred experience in team management; providing advice and guidance on client projects in subject matter areas of Leadership, Talent management, Organization Culture, Competency management and Performance management.
Consulting experience preferable
