The opportunity

EY is looking for Senior
Consultant/Assistant Manager- People Advisory Services with primary competency
in Work Force Management. This position requires individuals who are
self-starters and who possess high potential, energy and commitment to client
delivery while rapidly gaining more competency and experience in the many
facets of project-oriented consulting.

Project roles can either be functional or technical in nature.

Your key responsibilities

Be part of the payroll
advisory practice at EY, working on global client projects. Support leadership
in developing / growing the practice
Delivery: Work on global
client projects as part of a global distributed team. Ensure quality of all
work outputs, timeliness and accuracy of content. Be recognized as a subject
matter expert in one or more areas in the Work Force Management domain.
Participate in full life cycle
activities (Discovery, Design, Configuration, Build, Testing, Knowledge
Transfer, Migration and Post Production Support)
Ensure the product is designed
to meet the business requirements
Advise project delivery team
during Build and Test activities
Develop thought leadership,
collateral, tools, techniques, methodologies to build and enhance payroll
offering within the practice
Drive effective client
communication, cadence and build relations with client and project team
counterparts across global locations. Ensure to obtain excellent feedback from
the client and global project counterparts
Practice development: Support
development of thought leadership, collateral, Work Force Management tools
& accelerators (Process mapping & benchmarking tools), methodologies to
enhance Work Force Management and support EY initiatives within the practice
Consistently demonstrates the
ability to deepen knowledge and understanding of all of Time Management, Attendance
and Leave Management, Labor Scheduling and other components of Workforce

Knowledge / significant exposure in below areas

Demonstrate technical
proficiencies in payroll; take a practical/business driven approach to solving
complex global Work Force Management client challenges
End to end Work Force
Management process
Strong technical knowledge of
end to end Work Force Management process

Analytical abilities and
knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Expertise in process mapping
and documentation using Visio and other tools
Expertise in creating SOP,
process documentation and work instructions
Work Force Management certifications
Able to undertake Work Force
Management process review and improvement activities including the
identification of process efficiencies and control effectiveness.
Actively involved in end to end
Work Force Management implementation and transformation program – Exposure to
work force transformation programs enabled by technology. Led or been part of a
work stream in multi work stream transformation program
Ability to review current
processes to identify key metrics to evaluate operational performance compared
to internal performance objectives and Work Force Management industry leading
practices benchmarks
Involved in policy review,
current Work Force Management assessments, vendor selections, designing payroll
processes and strategies at global level, global payroll implementation support
Hands on experience in payroll
automation projects and RPA
Experience and working
knowledge of one or more global payroll platforms such as ADP (Global View,
WorkForce Now), SAP, Workday, Oracle/PeopleSoft products
Experience in managing projects

To qualify for the role, you
must have
Post graduate degree or
equivalent with a specialization in Human Resources (India or abroad)
Preferred work experience /
exposure 4-8 years of experience in HR consulting domain with Master’s degree
in HR or full time MBA and work experience / exposure to HR transformation
programs as part of a global distributed team.
Preferred work experience /
exposure to Work Force Management/ Payroll implementation and transformation
programs and working as part of a global distributed team.
Recommended to have worked in
a consulting environment on global client projects in areas of time & attendance,
work force management transformation and shared services advisory.
