Responsibilities:
•Develop and manage key marketing operations processes including procurement, purchase order, payments, co-marketing, samples, centralized campaigns, etc
•Maintain quarterly expense plan to budget (net & alliance).
•Track program budget usage and actual expense.
•Manage travel budget and expense.
•Review, submit and approve PO requests for the marketing departments.
•Align with Finance (including expense team and budget management ops team) on monthly and quarterly financial closures.
•Reconcile ageing payables and accruals.
•Review the ledger for accuracy and work with Finance to reconcile errors.
•Report out monthly / quarterly / annual spending as required.
•Work with the marketing and alliance team members to ensure full alliance funding recoveries.
•Assist in the annual winter planning cycle to develop clear budgets and plans for the next fiscal year.

Position Requirements:
•Understanding of marketing & finance
•Very good written and verbal communication skills
•Good analytical skills
•High proficiency in MS Excel
•Knowledge of marketing is an advantage
