In this position, you will:
● Ensure end-to-end launch readiness for Entrectinib and subsequent launch success
○ Drive awareness and education of oncologists and other external stakeholders for Entrectinib in prioritized NTRK fusions tumors and in NSCLC (non-small-cell
lung cancer) for patients with ROS1 genomic alterations (GA) based on defined triggers, in compliance with applicable regulations and the lifecycle of the product
○ Enable and implement the overarching global strategy at the affiliate level, covering both product and testing solutions
○ Drive collaboration with internal stakeholders including medical team (lung and breast cancer) for greater reach awareness and leverage Personalized
Healthcare (PHC) team for a greater awareness on NTRK mutations
○ Leverage other NGS service providers /diagnostic cos. for a faster access to the identified patient pool
○ Closely liaise with policy and access teams to navigate successfully the local reimbursement process and to shape a more favorable environment for precision
medicines, in particular Entrectinib
● Work closely with the PHC community to shape internal & external eco-system readiness to embrace PHC

To be successful in this role, you have:
● A full time post-graduate degree with experience in two or more of these areas - business development, consulting, commercial and medical
● Work experience in commercial and medical roles (min. 2 years in each) is preferred
● Strong collaboration mindset, strategic thinking, program management, interpersonal skills and business development/partnership management skills to successfully navigate
a complex organizational/eco-system matrix
● Good communication, presentation and data modeling skills
● Deep understanding of health-care system coupled with the ability to understand and address opportunities/gaps for bringing personalized medicine to clinical practice
● A strong ethical mindset and good understanding of relevant compliance principles and regulations.
● A patient centric mind-set and willingness to spend about 70% of time in building external engagement
