Job Title:  Privilege Access Operation Manager  

Location: Pune
·         Managing PA Monitoring team providing 24/365 support
·         First point of contact for team escalations
·         Manage daily team responsibilities of Incident, Alert management.
·         Managing team escalations with coordination of team and Managers
·         Load balancing and arrangement of resources according to planned activities, disasters and when engineers on vacations and MC. Maintain Shift Schedule and Leaves
·         Coordinate with Stakeholders/Managers in post-mortem process and provide true timelines, observations and recommendations.
·         Part of globalization tasks and responsible for creation/Review/ signoff of the documents
·         Identify and improve the processes, participate in quality boards and process audits
·         Providing team members with clear directives on priorities.
·         Revise on-boarding training material for new joiners quarterly
·         Participate in meetings with Stakeholders to find out the feedback, expectations and issues.
·         Liaise with other support teams to address the internal support team’s issues as well as share and adopt best practices being followed
·         Communication and close work with Infrastructure Services Platform teams (Infrastructure teams)
·         Demonstration of monitoring and risk reduction capabilities to auditors
·         Analysing cases where issues/process violation have appeared, tracking and reporting them further
·         Possible exception preparation/documentation for false access violation reporting
·         Ensure evidence storage and share to stakeholders/regulators when required
·         Service quality control including people education.
·         Procedure maintenance, improvement and recommendation making
·         Representation of statistical data during service review meetings
·         Knowledge Management – Sharing of knowledge with the peers for self and team development
·         Making service improvements – The associate will be required to be part of the service improvement initiatives and would be expected to work on the automation and process documentation/implementation
·         Representation of the team during Audit meetings. Evidence storage and share to stakeholders/regulators when required.
What will you be doing?
·         Pro-active monitoring and investigation of privileged access logs & alert queues.
·         Accountable for the PA Monitoring support services.
·         Personnel management of a team 9-10 people providing direction and support.
·         Accountability for PA Monitoring function 
·         Effectively manage resources to ensure;
·         Appropriate capabilities within the teams are maintained and developed
·         Performance is differentiated, recognising staff appropriately in line with a high performing organisation
·         Create and Develop an environment for continuous improvement
·         The team is motivated and have ongoing commitment to the service
·         Manage key stakeholders across GTIS.
