Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
Experience working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and frameworks such as AngularJS, ReactJS, etc.
Experience in databases including SQL queries, database definition and schema design.
Preferred qualifications:
4 years of experience writing and managing system and technical requirements.
4 years of hands-on experience in Internet products and technologies.
Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with multiple teams stakeholders.
Ability to employ troubleshooting skills and creative problem solving skills under pressure.

gTech’s Product and Tools Operations team (gPTO) leverages deep user, operational, and technical insights to innovate Google's Ads products into customer experiences that are so intuitive (or automated) that they require no support at all. gPTO partners closely with gTech’s Support, Professional Services, Product Management, and Engineering teams to innovate and simplify our Ads products and build the productivity tools ecosystem for gTech users.
The Product Operations team plays a key role in supporting Sales teams, advertisers and products that enhance business growth potential by consistently providing scalable product solutions, reliable information based on efficient, consultative analysis and timely communications. Alongside our support and troubleshooting work, we collaborate with Sales and Product Management to focus on developing innovative, scalable support solutions that effectively serve our growing customer base.
As a Product Technology Manager, you'll partner with the Product Operations Managers, Global Sales Leads and Product Manager/Engineering to oversee the technical execution of Google's online advertising and platform products from design and conceptualization to testing and deployment to customer adoption and satisfaction.You will work on developing product and technical strategy as well as prioritizing projects and resources that assist our account management teams and partners. You're able to balance business and customer needs with technical constraints.

Responsibilities
Perform implementation reviews, advocate new product features and ensure the prompt and proper resolution of technical challenges.
Improve product feature offerings by providing partner feedback to internal cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering and Business Development teams.
Design effective launch programs with partners to ensure that new products and feature releases are tested before broad-scale deployment.
Guarantee the technical aspects of developer integrations by providing necessary documentation and guidance.
