What You'll Do
You will be responsible for driving Operations for India Enterprise Group
 Who You'll Work With:
You will work with number of cross functional teams spread across geographies with multiple stakeholders including but not limited to engineering, product marketing, documentation and other support functions. There will be a lot of inter and intra unit coordination required.
 Who You Are
You should have  3- 5  years of experience in Operations domain and worked in a Product Development organization
In addition, you should have: 
A degree in B.Com from reputed institute and any specialization courses done will be an additional plus
You should have exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) at all levels of the organization
Think outside the box, looking for creative solutions to meet stake holders needs
You need to be able to facilitate different types of meetings, Exec visits, take notes and follow up as applicable
Good co-ordination skills and ensure you bring multiple individuals together including cross-geo team to accomplish the outcome
You will work independently and will be a good team player by building collaborative relationships
Must have effective time and data management skills with attention to details
Must be proficient in MS Office and other collaborative tools like wiki, Jive pages, smartsheet’s, etc
Proactive and self-driven approach working with Finance, Talent hiring, Logistics, Travel and Training departments
You should be able to adapt to a dynamic working environment supporting multiple technologies group
