A fantastic opportunity is available for an PTP Operations Manager to join our RB Finance team.

This role is responsible in


Ensure collaboration with market and GP on monitoring and improving regional/market KPIs (Market Performance Review ).

Lead the “Go to Green” KPI initiative.

Ensure compliance with global process and controls defined by GPO.

Identification and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to ensure functional optimisation – working with GPO, and pillar lead to prioritise improvements.

Support Implementation of specific market projects that impact shared service process.

Aid in the implementation of transformational change within specified markets.


Is this You?


Degree qualified or equivalent.

Atleast 5 years of working experience in FMCG industry.

Demonstrable knowledge understanding of End-to-End PTP process.

Process improvement experience with CI and 6 Sigma qualifications desirable.

Demonstrable ability to engage and manage different level stakeholders and multicultural audience/s through superior communication and presentation skills.

Knowledge of SAP & JDE ERP systems and Ariba procurement systems desirable.
