Assist in phone/email & walk-in enquiries

Data entry & processing for applicants

Maintain the level of excellence in customer service, prompt and attentive to customer needs

Handle related customer enquiries

Serve as 1st point of contact for loyalty program concierge services by building new and maintaining seasoned relationships

Requirements


At least with SPM qualifications

Proficient in written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia.

Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Excel.
