Description

Roles:
Manage all accounting operations as per the accounting principles and internal guidelines of the Foundation.
Manage vendor payments, employee payments, Bookkeeping and perform overall controllership role.
Close the financial books on a monthly basis.
Drive compliance matters - TDS, GST etc.
Periodic reconciliation of employee accounts, vendor accounts and bank accounts (BRS).
Maintain Fixed Assets Register.
Publish periodic MIS and various other internal operational reporting requirements along with relevant analysis and variance reports.
Prepare and publish incisive and insightful analysis on key cost elements of the organization.
Liaison with internal and external auditors and provide documents and explanations wherever required.
Participate in the annual budgeting process.

Qualification and Experience:
6-8 years of work experience.
M.Com or ICWA inter

Sound knowledge of accounting and financial processes.

Exceptional work ethic.
Advanced excel skills.
