Description

- Candidate should have at least oneyear experience as a Sales Manager.
- Handles guest and employeeenquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints orproblems. If no immediate solution can be found, to ensure that thenecessary follow-up is conducted in a timely manner.
- Maximise sales and achieve pre-determined targets,working closely with Rooms,Food and Beverage and otherrevenue-generating departments.
- Handles guest and employeeenquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints orproblems.If no immediate solution can be found, to ensure thatthe necessary follow-up is conducted in a timely manner.
- Maintains complete and supportedrecords of all Sales Agreements, Contracts and Quotations for the hotel.


- Ideally with a relevantdegree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
- Minimum 1 years workexperience as Sales Manager.
- Good problem solving,administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
