analysis, solution proposal, resolution delivery and quality assurance

Responsible for BW application monitoring, alerting,
housekeeping, data loads, process chains etc.

Proactive identification, escalation and
resolution of issues


·      
Stakeholder management and collaboration across
IT and Business units for SO


·      
Ensure SLA adherence and SO process adherence in
SO team


·      
SO reporting: operational and management status
reporting, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reporting


·      
Knowhow transition from delivery team


·      
Skill management and mentoring of team




·
