Skill Set & Experience1SAP Solution Manager Consultants with minimum 4-6 years of experience

who should be able to design, build, test and optimize SAP SolMan

functionalities, 2Strong negotiation and consensus building

3Configuration knowledge on SLD and LMDB sync.4Configuration of managed systems setup. 5Experience in SAP Basis areas :- STMS Setup , Client Copies,client

strategy and maintenance, Performance Tuning & monitoring, SAP Notes

implementation for Solution Manager6Must have hands on experience on Solution Documentation(Process

Mangement) in Solution Manager 7.27Must have hands  SAP Solution

Manger ITSM and ChaRM with CSOL, Retrofit & DGP8Must have hands  SAP Solution

Manger Test Suite and CBTA 9Good to have Technical Monitoring(System Monitoring) in Solman

7.1,Knwoledge on MAI, Troubleshoot extractor framework, 10Hands on experiece on  Business

Process Monitoring & Interface Monitoring, 11Strong communication skills and Customer facing experience12Good to have “hands-on” administration (installation, configuration,

and upgrade) experience with SAP Solution Manager Roles & Responsibilities1Should be able to handle the daily operational work in the SolMan

systems Monitoring 2Extcellent consulting hands on skills to trouble shoot the issues3Resolving the incidents/problems within the agreed SLA, deliver Changes

as part of releases4Co-ordinate with Supplier

and Infra team and ensure ontime quality delivery5Able to Manages & Deliver Changes along with team
