The Consumer Lending Technology group consists of Home lending, Auto and Platform support for various applications across retail/mortgage lending businesses. About the Role
This Role is for Developing and Supporting different type of Loan applications as a full stack developer. Responsible for handling the modules should be able to work in flexible environment with Agile and Waterfall processes.
• Should be able to support applications with Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to quickly adapt to new technologies, methodologies, and systems.
•Day to day working with tools like GIT and SVN.
•Mentor junior developers on technology and frameworks
•Able to understand and work on Microservice and Cloud system. Should be able to develop and support application in Springs, Cloud, Springs Boot,Angular, Microservices, Oracle SQL/PLSQL, Hibernate and complex code logics in Java.
•Delivers high quality work products on complex assignments.
•Accurately estimates complex tasks utilizing appropriate tools and techniques
Identifies issues and risks proactively
•Contributes actively to group discussions and presents ideas, views amicably while facilitating productive technical meetings
•Proactively shares knowledge to others
•Provide answers to the business users for any queries from them
•Keeps appropriate stakeholders (especially superiors) in loop when sharing information
•Guides team in resolving complex problems and ensures development of technical expertise
•Prepare technical artifacts and adhere to the standard processes established. .
•Bachelors in Engineering or equivalent with min of 6.5+ years of experience in the development of Java/Web applications.
•Should be strong at core Java, Spring,Hibernate, JMS, Multi threading, design patterns, JQuery,SQL, Any RDBMS, Junit/Mockito, Angular JS, Git HUB
•Proficiency in using code analysis and debugging tools.
•Must be cognizant of review and testing processes
•Must be good at communication and interpersonal skills.
•Possesses good knowledge of different software systems, client/server architectures and various compatibility requirements.
Experience in troubleshooting, software development processes and ability to understand and implement client requirements.
