Minimum qualifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
Technology sales or partner management experience.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with the cloud partner ecosystem, including System Integrators (SIs)/Service Providers (SPs) Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), telcos and online partners.
SaaS or cloud IT infrastructure sales, partner management or technical experience. Experience of achieving strategic goals and familiarity with sales reporting tools.
Experience developing growth initiatives, running experiments and developing conclusions based on data.
Demonstrated organizational, project management and execution capabilities.
Leadership abilities to drive partner growth and positively contribute to our team’s culture. Demonstrated attention to detail, entrepreneurial, creative, persistent, highly collaborative and an understanding of Google products.
Highly analytical with developed problem solving skills, capable of translating analysis into actionable plans.

You will oversee all aspects of the Google Cloud sales process, improving it with your insightful data analysis, troubleshooting, and seamless cross-functional teamwork. Your strategies ensure that companies new to Google products get the highest quality customer support and that the Google Cloud program overall is kept on the cutting edge.
Within Google Cloud, the Small- and Medium-sized Business (SMB) Partnerships team is driving G Suite and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) growth to SMBs via our global partner network.
As SMB Partner Manager for India, your role is to drive G Suite and GCP growth to SMBs by working collaboratively with our direct sales teams and our extensive partner network. You will work with key SMB-focused partners to develop their Google Cloud business via sales and marketing campaigns, trainings and enablement. You’ll drive to optimize our sales funnel and develop initiatives that increase SMB growth. You’ll be the key point of contact for our top SMB partners, developing a deep understanding of partner growth drivers and identifying creative solutions to increase sales across several different categories of Google Cloud partners.

Manage business performance of partners and develop strategies to meet/exceed business growth targets.
Partner with the SMB sales team to define and execute sales strategies, including routing prospects, partner sales trainings, marketing and other growth initiatives.
Manage reporting and metrics for your region, drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and develop quarterly business reviews for top partners.
Develop a territory plan for growing sales to small businesses. Identify, test, analyze and execute on new sales initiatives.
Help top SMB partners grow their Google practice and product portfolio through joint development of sales plans and Google services.
