Job Title: Sr Java Developer
o Understand the designs and work on implementation
o Help team members with coding
o Able to peer review codes
o Improve process related to local environment creation
o Bring innovative ideas to solve technical challenges
What will you be doing?
o Collaborate and communicate with other developers to build efficient technical solutions.
o Understand requirements and Low level Design
o Understand and Adhere to coding standards already laid out
o Should be able to code based on low level designs
o Good understanding of a developers responsibility in team development environment
o Knows to write and execute unit test cases
What we’re looking for:
o Java, JSP, Struts 2
o J2EE frameworks : Spring, Hibernate.
o Java web services, SOAP and REST API
o Databases (Oracle / SQL )
o Application servers (JBoss, Tomcat, Apache)
o Version Control Software (SVN / CVS / Git/ Gerrit)
o Jira, Confluence, Jenkins
Skills that will help you in the role:
o End-to-end software development lifecycle
o Software development methodologies, e.g. waterfall, agile
o Awareness of leading-edge tools, techniques and services within IT
