Our client is a billion dollar top line company holding 45% market share in India and 50% share in export market.ÂAs aÂSr Manager Brand and Marketing- International Division, you will be responsible for the design theme/platform/strategy for digital campaigns.ÂWhat you will do:ÂEnsuring appropriate planning and timely execution of plans/strategiesStandardizing brand identity by implementing branding guidelines on design tools used in creating and disseminating company communicationExecuting brand marketing & budget plansManaging e-marketing operations to increase profitability and revenueDevising a comprehensive social media strategy that uses social media marketing techniques to increase visibility, membership and traffic for all productsCreating digital marketing strategies, analyzing market research dataMaintaining the brand's tone and identity elements by adopting relevant guidelinesDeveloping sales tools and collateral'sDeveloping effective product positioning in the marketConducting competitive strategic analysis, consumer segmentation, and consumer insight developmentDeveloping mid-term plan and financial analyses Interfacing with media department/agenciesCreating and managing line-item media production budgetsCoordinating activities of specialists involved in the brand positioning of the products, Brand Management etc.Planning the Go-to-Market StrategiesManaging the Social Media and Community ManagementCoordinating with Media Buying & Planning Agency & Vendor ManagementDeveloping the Brand Strategy Planning & Return on Investment (ROI)Managing the Brand Alliances & Sponsorships & Lead/Revenue GenerationÂCandidate Profile:What you need to have:ÂMBA Candidates with demonstrable experience of 10-12 years relating to TV media buying, social media, brand literature etc.ÂInternational exposure is a great plusExperience in brand marketing & budget plans for International marketÂÂGood Exposure to Agency & Vendor ManagementÂÂExperience in Lead/Revenue GenerationShould be willing to work as individual contributorShould be flexible for working 6 days a week ÂÂShould be flexible for moderate travel - PAN IndiaLocation - NoidaÂExperience:Â10 to 12 years Skills:- Marketing, Media Buying, Social Media Marketing (SMM), Brand Management, Revenue growth, Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and brand marketing
