Looking for candidates with experience in Distribution, Sales & Channel Management
Extremely good sales, leadership and analytical skills.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Driving primary, secondary & tertiary sales of electronics goods and appliances.
- Responsible for Channel management (Handling distributors, dealers& retailers).
- Responsible for increasing distribution reach.
- Responsible for distribution management for larger market penetration.
- Awareness of competitor's sales, price, product & marketing strategy.
- Prior marketing strategy for short falls of sales & growth.
- Responsible for appointing, training & motivating distributor sales team for better result delivery.
- Responsible for sales systems & processes (SAP, SFDC, DSRs, Sales Trackers & good at computer skills).
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Candidate Requirement: - Exp: Min 8 years. for ASM / BM / State Head.
Exp: Min 4 years. for TSM / SO / TSE.
Education: Graduation (required) / MBA (preferred)
