Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience serving in the capacity of a technical consultant or advisor, or equivalent client-facing engineering experience.
Experience writing scripts in one or more languages such as Python, Go, or similar.
Experience with hosted services and/or multi-tenant cloud infrastructures.
Experience in system administration, troubleshooting, routing, and best practices with industry leading products.
Understanding of common directory administration systems (e.g., Active Directory, OpenLDAP).
Understanding of networking and security fundamentals and common networking architectures.

As an Strategic Cloud Engineer in G Suite, you will play a critical role in ensuring that customers have the best experience moving to the Google Cloud and the G Suite products. You will lead deployments, implementations and integrations with a variety of our platforms and product lines. Additionally, you will bring experience, an entrepreneurial drive, and passion for client management to successfully balance business and partner needs with technical constraints. In this role, you will continuously engage with the community of strategic customers and partners with a goal of enabling their success through effective relationships and efficient integrations.

Create and deliver best practices recommendations, tutorials, blog articles, sample code, and technical presentations adapting to different levels of key business and technical stakeholders.
Travel up to 30% of the time for in-region for meetings, technical reviews, and onsite delivery activities.
