Position Description
Should be a commerce graduate/MBA ( Finance)
Should have 7+ years of experience in accounts payable process.
Strong problem solving skills, accounting knowledge, documentation skills, research and resolution skills, data analysis and multi-tasking skills
SAP Knowledge is must.
Interpersonal Skills
Lead and Manage a team Effectively
Proven track record in contribution to Process improvements
Ability to with a team in a fast-paced and high volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
Ability to guide and improve the competence of the team
Recruiting the right candidate for any open vacancy
Ensure adherence in internal control and compliance of external audit requirements
Possess strong organizational and time management skills
Effective communication skill both written and verbal
Providing ideas for process improvement
Should be open for any shifts
Must be well organized and a self-starter
Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable
Interacting with the global people.
